Job Description

As the HR Data Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data, conducting data audits in our HRIS, BambooHR, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR information across all systems. This role requires a deep understanding of system processes, regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies, and developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes and data management. The HR Data Specialist will also generate reports and provide inputs to help prepare presentations for board meetings, collaborate with HR and business leaders to analyze HR data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs.Generate reports and audit information in BambooHR.Understand system processes and their flow within the system.Assist in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR data across all systems.Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.Assist with development, documentation and maintenance of SOPs for HR processes and ongoing data integrity. Update SOPs to reflect changes in processes or regulations.Assist in preparing accurate HR reports and presentations for executive meetings.Assist in analyzing HR data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.Interface with vendor to understand full capability of product and new enhancements.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

C1 or native English level is required for the position.2-5 years of experience in similar roles.Strong analytical skills and an understanding of numbers and their relationship to reporting.Experience as an administrator (admin rights) for HRIS/HCM systems.Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems; prior experience with BambooHR is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Excel, e.g., VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, for manipulating data.Proficient writing skills.Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and management.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience with Power BI reporting is a plus.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications

Must be comfortable to work in a hybrid environment. Must be able to sit for a long period of time.
