Collaborate closely with stakeholder to advance, improve, and steer our Workday Reporting, encompassing aspects both front-end and back-end aspects
Establish and continuously improve reporting standards in Workday in collaboration with functional Workday experts to ensure a consistent user experience and optimized system performance
Lead or contribute to global projects and initiatives related to HR data and reporting, including qualitative and quantitative data integration, analysis, validation, visualization, and interpretation to derive actionable recommendations
Evaluate reporting change requests and translate new functional requirements into reporting and dashboard solutions
Create and implement regular housekeeping process for cleanup activities, specifically focusing on reports and calculated fields
Provide balanced, timely, and high-quality support and training to enhance decision-making processes and employee experience to reporting stakeholders
Actively engage in the Workday community and evaluate new release features, leveraging knowledge and sourcing solutions
Support the bi-annual Workday release cycle for the reporting area
What will convince us
Successfully completed studies, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Deep technical experience in Workday Reporting, ideally in Time & Absence Reporting, Workday Studio and BIRT reports
Proven experience in Workday HR configuration in HR Analytics and Reporting (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Slides)
Several years of professional experience in HR Reporting and visualization tools like Tableau
Experience in project management in an international environment
Willing to work at both detailed and strategic levels, autonomously and collaboratively in a global team environment with functional experts
A highly customer-oriented approach, a structured way of working as well as analytical and communicative skills round off your profile.
Excellent English skills, German language skills are desirable but not essential
