HR Delivery Lead
SGN
Accountable for overseeing the overall service delivery and
transformation of all HR BSC activities. This includes overseeing and
managing a team responsible for delivering HR services including Talent,
Reward, Recognition & Benefits and HR Systems.
The role involves collaborating with the Business Services Director and the HR colleagues to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives, driving process improvements and transformation, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
The role also involves overseeing the HR BSC teams to:
Deliver centralised transactional services as per agreed service levels, across Talent, Reward, Recognition & Benefits and HR Systems
Collaborate with the COEs to operationalise and deliver on standards, processes, policies and practices
Support employees, corporate functions, business partners and leadership with standard and bespoke requirements and queries
Lead and support transition of additional roles in a HR Business Support Centre, as and when required
Principal Accountabilities
Run:
Lead the HR Service teams within the BSC organisation, overseeing in-scope HR processes
Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for HR services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and health metrices for the HR Business Support Centre organisation, and report on these to the business as required
Manage a team of HR professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support for day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with HR/GPDPR regulations, internal controls, and data security standards
Collaborate with SGN LT members to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of HR Business Support Centre with organisational goals
Liaise with leads across processes, functions and the wider business, and manage relationships through effective and clear communication and process delivery
Transform:
Work with the SGN Leadership Team to shape and transform HR Business Support Centre for the future, aligned to business objectives
Partner with the business to define, develop and implement the HR Business Support Centre strategy
Influence decisions within the Business Support Centre and drive cross-function initiatives, ensuring process optimisation and standardisation
Build and manage a high performing HR Business Support Centre organisation by providing leadership, vision and career development
Develop and implement a plan to deliver more efficient financial performance of the HR Business Support Centre organisation on a year-on-year basis, positively impacting SGN’s P&L on an ongoing basis
Champion the use of technology in service delivery and operations to improve efficiencies and customer experience
Drive process standardisation, harmonisation, and continuous improvement initiatives including automation, digitalisation, and process optimisation to enhance the efficiency of HR services
Lead and support transition/hiring/onboarding of additional roles in the HR Business Support Centre organisation, as and when required
Grow:
Champion the HR BSC capability with the SGN LT and grow the portfolio of HR BSC
