The Ops Support Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Intermediate Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serves as subject matter expert on Workday HR system and tools and is able to identify when information appears out of alignment or incorrect.
+ Process Workday Rescind, Reassignment and Correction transactions as well as other administrative tasks requiring elevated Workday system access
+ Interfaces with project staff and clients regarding status of projects
+ Identifies/implements process improvements; Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned
+ Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
+ Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
+ Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
+ Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
+ Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.
+ Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
+ Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement
+ Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
+ Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience
+ Possesses working knowledge of Workday and Workday concepts - position management, business processes - and HR processes, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas (Workday experience)
+ High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
+ Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-motivated and detail oriented
+ Proven organization and time management skills
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
