Job Description
The HR Business Partner, Northern Europe, Asset Productivity Europe & Digital Europe will be responsible for providing guidance, direction, and consultative services to business leaders on people related subjects. Provide inputs to the business strategy and organisation design from a people management and efficient job/structure design perspective. Help to shape the nature of delivery of HR services and COE’s to the business based on a deep understanding of the business environment strategy and people implications. Draw upon other parts of HR and functions to bring the right mix of services to the business they support. In addition, be accountable for leading the overall strategic direction, budget and strategy of three of UKI facilities sites, ensuring they can both operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis, but also be able to look proactively creating a culture of exceptional service delivery focused on providing a world-class workplace environment setting direction for how CHEP continues to move forward in creating an amazing workplace.
Major & Key Accountabilities
Human Resources Business Partner
Acts as a single point of the contact for the Northern Europe, Asset Productivity and Digital Leadership Team
Partner with the business to develop and implement people and organisational solutions to influence the culture and performance of the business and manage the strategic workforce planning process to identify future capabilities required and the most effective organisation design to deliver the strategy.
Provides proactive support, advice on all people related subjects, in conjunction with COE and HR Services, and identify opportunities to drive HR efficiencies in partnership with HR Shared Services
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover business risks from a people and HR perspective, partners with COE's to develop interventions aimed at enhancing business performance leads and directs the implementation of business change with COE support and HR Shared Services
Communicating and implements BRAMBLES- wide initiatives and programs; interprets and assist global solutions for local business
Build relationships and network with external relevant parties; develop grow the capabilities of our HR professionals to deliver high standards to the BU
Facilities Management
Providing leadership and direction to a range of operational facilities teams, including overall responsibility for supplier/sub-contractor selection and management.
Developing and setting strategy for comprehensive facilities management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, and space utilization.
Oversee the overall management the facilities budget for the UKI, work with our central procurement team to ensure that providers/subcontractors of facility services are in place that drive cost efficiency and deliver the services required.

Proven strategic HR Business Partner, who supported a global / regional business.
Experience in handling change management projects (incl. organizational development and restructuring)
Demonstrate project leadership experience and a successful track record of leading organisational change.
