HR Director
As a Director - Human Resources at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting the HON(Honeywell) Human Resources functions. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to ensure the success of this function. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by driving the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives. You will report directly to our HON HR for HR Leader and you'll work out of our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role will require a combination of on-site and remote work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Partner with the HON HRC leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals + Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives to support the growth and transformation of the function + Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders + Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development + Collaborate with HR COEs and shared services to deliver HR programs and services to the functions + Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements At Honeywell, our people leaders play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Develop and execute HR strategies that support the HON Human Resource function + Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives + Lead talent management and succession planning efforts + Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development + Collaborate with HR COEs and shared services to deliver HR programs and services + Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements YOU MUST HAVE + At least 8 years of experience in HRBP or HRG roles + Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels WE VALUE + Experience supporting functions + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field + Master's degree in Human Resources or related field + Change management and talent management expertise + Proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives THE BUSINESS UNIT As the HR Senior Manager supporting the Corporate Human Resources function, you will be a key partner in driving the success of these critical business units. Your expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness will be instrumental in supporting the growth and transformation of these functions.
