HR Director
Description We are on the hunt for an HR Director to join our team located in Orlando, Florida. This role resides in the industry and will focus on developing HR strategies, driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and managing HR operations. Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives • Collaborate with top executives to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and responsibility • Provide insight on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning • Direct the end-to-end recruitment process, incorporating effective talent acquisition strategies • Design and implement training and leadership development programs to boost employee skills • Drive succession planning initiatives to maintain a healthy talent pipeline • Act as a reliable advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace • Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide guidance on performance management • Implement initiatives that foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and employee engagement • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Oversee updates to the employee handbook, HR policies, and workplace safety programs • Lead investigations into employee complaints, ensuring proper documentation and resolution • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, guaranteeing competitive and equitable practices • Implement HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives • Manage and maintain employee records and retention policies • Optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources role • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and compliance management • Proven experience in business succession planning • Comprehensive understanding of Labor Law • Ability to maintain compliance in all aspects of HR • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required, Master's degree preferred • Detail oriented certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience with change management and organizational development Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
