The North America team is currently looking for a **Manager, Human Resources & Environmental Health and Safety** for our Bremen, AL, manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, employee onboarding, employee relations, engagement and development and compensation, benefits, and training. On the EHS side, the ideal candidate will develop, implement and manage all EHS procedures and programs in accordance with regulatory and corporate EHS requirements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. **Your Impact** + Facilitate all aspects of the local human resources program including recruitment, staffing and onboarding of all production and professional positions, and employee relations issues. + Guide all performance management, engagement, and development processes. + This position will provide support for environmental, health and safety programs. + Enforce safety standards with established state and federal laws, regulations, and corporate policy. + Serve as the onsite primary point of contact for environmental annual and semi-annual water sampling, annual data collection for state agency reports, and storm water collection site inspections. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management, or relevant experience in lieu of degree + 8 years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment. + 5 years of experience in environmental, health and safety programs. + Experience with MS Office programs. **Your Compensation and Benefits** Expected annual salary for this role will be $75,000 - $85,000, plus a 10% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
