Job description We are looking for a **HR** **Employee Experience** **Manager** who will play a critical role in the management of the human resources function within The Dedham Group and Pulse Analytics, part ofNorstella. The role’s overarchingobjectiveswill beaccomplishedby providing HR support and helping shape the employee experience at The Dedham Group. The position willprovideday-to-day HR, employee relations, performance and talent management, general onboarding and offboarding support, and other HR administrative tasks. The Dedham Groupisgrowing rapidly from both a revenue and people perspective so the ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, hands-on andbe able to pre-empt the challenges that a high-growth business may face. Key duties and responsibilities + Support The Dedham Group and Pulse Analytics with the day-to-day HR tasks and various HR initiatives. + Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to understandTheDedhamGroupbusinessobjectivesand to deliver effective HRsupportforthoseobjectives. + Foster a positive workplace culture and provide guidance and support to employees as needed. + Assistwith programsthat are designedto help develop andretaintalent. + Support the performance management process andleveragethe greaterNorstellaHR team whereappropriate. + Manage all employeerelations casesas theyarise,including researching and understanding relevant employment lawand understanding when to escalate. + Assistwith reviewing existing training programs and work with the L&D team toidentifytraining needs and help supportDedham employeedevelopment. + AssisttheDedhamResource Manager, Leadership, and Talent Acquisition to ensure teams are staffed with talent to achieve the goals of The Dedham Group. + Work directly with Dedhamemployeesat all levels toidentify, address and resolve concerns through mechanisms like listening sessions, focus groups, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching. + Collect and synthesizeemployee feedback and other data to drive and sustain positive employeeexperiences. + Create and implement employee engagement programs toretainand develop talent. + Perform ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary, to support the growth and retention of talent. Key requirements + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. HR certification(s)preferred + Minimum of6years of relevant experience,performance managementand employee engagement experience preferred. + PreviousHRexperience withina professional services/consulting organization. + Solid working knowledge ofapplicablelaborlaws and HR practices. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships acrossdifferent cultures. + Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to newinitiatives and needs. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. + Dedicated to upholdingNorstella’shigh-quality standards and customer service focus. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Has a high EQ, is polished, professional and strategic. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
