HR Employee Relations Specialist
Responsibilities: + Provides support to employees and management in dealing with general employment issues. + Formulates and recommends program goals in all areas of employee relations to improve employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction. + Maintains open communication between management and employees and serves as a mediator for problem resolution. + Coaches managers and employees on policies, programs and procedures and ensures adherence with organizational policy and labor law legislation. + Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Minimum of five years related work experience. Employee relations or employment law experience preferred. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. + HR professional certifications preferred. (SHRM CP) + Requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, leadership, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision. + Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to managers and employees. + Demonstrates sound critical judgment and decision-making skills, especially in complex and high-stakes situations. + Experience providing advice and recommendations on matters to key stakeholders. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems timely.
