**Team/Role overview:**
We are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our Team in Warsaw as a **HR Equity Compensation Intermediate Analyst.** This is a developing professional role where the Incumbent will process vesting of stock awards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shares to global program participants, as well as assist in ensuring that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations.
The successful Candidate will be expected to become an expert in a specific skills set, business area or product, but remain focused primarily on daily execution
**What you’ll do:**
+ Prepare and distribute daily reports to initiate the delivery of shares
+ Review data and reports to ensure successful delivery of shares; perform follow-up as necessary
+ Collect information and review data to process stock award vestings; create and distribute materials as required
+ Prepare vesting communications for distribution to participants
+ Understand the provisions that affect a participant's stock award or stock options upon a change in employment status
+ Work with global equity coordinators and tax specialists to obtain withholding rates to be applied for stock award vesting
+ Perform user acceptance testing on changes to equity compensation systems
+ Interface with colleagues in other departments on vesting issues, including Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll and Shareholder Services.
+ Research and assist in the resolution of inquiries
+ Work on equity compensation projects as necessary
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
**What we’ll need from you:**
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience
+ Previous experience in a Finance/Payroll/Compensation related role would be a great asset
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
+ Analytical mindset and attention to detail
+ Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
+ Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
