HR/ER Manager (m/f/d)

Main Tasks

Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirementsCreation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets).Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by CorporateAccompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partnersPerform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employeesPrepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendorEnsure compliance with labor law in the processesCost center responsible for HRProvide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate)Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues.Creation of HR relevant guidelinesFirst contact for Works Council (including negotiations)

Your Profile

University degree with specialization in human resources management5 years of relevant professional experienceEnforcementPeople-oriented thinking and actingWillingness to deal with constand change, flexibilityKnowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accountingFluent Englisch and GermanClassical Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.)HR related IT-Systems
