1. Total Rewards
Complete monthly timekeeping table for employees;Working with HR agency for payroll verificationMonitor employees' compliance with the Company's regulations.Implement and settle insurance regimes according to current regulations for employees and other insurances for employees;Draft and archive documents related to human resources such as announcements, authorizations, minutes, internal decisions, labor contracts, etc., according to the actual work arising and HR Manager requirement2. Employee Engagement
Planning and organizing the company's periodic events and welfare programs.Implement and develop internal communication plans (publications, gifts, kick-offs events, etc.)Actively participating and engaging in HR activities to promote collaboration and great teamwork3. Recruitment
Understand labor market to build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to provide right fit & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Taking care of new hires and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.Assist with recruitment processes: vacancy announcement, supporting interviews, referral check, job offer, etc.Prepare employment contracts for selected candidates and follow the employment contracts status of all staff.Make the orientation schedule and support the logistical preparation to create the positive employee experience.Other HR operations tasks assigned by line managerQualificationsGraduated from college and up majoring in human resources, economics, administration management or other related majors.Have knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Laws, insurance Laws, PIT Laws, etc.Good command of English & VietnameseGood communication and interpersonal skills.Self motivated and performance driven.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
