We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time HR File Clerk position in the Beaumont area.
Job Description:
  The file clerk will work with filing current and termed personnel information. Responsible for retrieving information from files in response to requests. Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers, according to classification and identification information.  
Qualifications: 3+ years experience in human resources - required Experience working in the healthcare field -  preferred Must be organized, detail orientated, and efficient Participate in data collection and assembly for reports Facilitate communication between site location(s) and corporate Accurate file maintenance Actively participate in department committees/group meetings Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products Effective written and verbal communication Clean background and drug screen
