We foster an environment built on trust and transparency, where everyone's voice is heard. **How you’ll live your ambition:** From our offices in **Genoa** , as an **HR Fleet Learning Governance Coordinator** for onboard colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our training strategy across the fleet. In particular, you will be responsible for improving our pre-boarding and onboard training programs, monitoring the training journey, and addressing the training needs of our crew members. _Demonstrate your passion_ + Chart the course of our training strategy, focusing on ensuring the consistency of the learning approach at all touchpoints, both pre-boarding and onboard (Training model – Training needs analysis – Training curricula & contents). You will oversee shared processes such as soft skills, languages, and mentoring. + Carefully select our partners to ensure they positively impact the training delivered. You will be responsible for supplier scouting. + Oversee the design of the training, managing data analytics and the resulting reporting. _Get things right_ + As a trusted advisor, you will oversee the creation and monitoring of training dashboards and KPIs. + You will be responsible for LMS migration and systems oversight. + Monitor industry trends and implement new learning techniques and technologies. **What makes you unique** + Previous experience in the Training & Development field. + Academic background in HR, Economics, Psychology, Business, International Studies, Languages. + Knowledge of the latest training and development techniques. + You are talented in organizing, time-management, prioritizing and administration. + As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English and in another language among French, German, Spanish and Portuguese, in addition to Italian language (mother-tongue). + Teamwork comes naturally, inspiring others to give their best. **Why Costa:** + Your role is going to shape our Fleet learning and development path.
