Global HRBP for agile organization in Smart Power Division
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support an agile transformation in a global organization executing day to day activities relating to HR strategies and processes that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with the global HRBPs of the agile organization to assist with HR initiatives & project related to the transformation, such career and skills framework, data management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives. Your contribution will help drive key HR projects, and support fostering a positive employee experience and work environment.The work model for the role is: hybrid/onsite/remote. Location: in European time zonePreferred countries: Italy or FinlandThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power agile organization globally.You will be mainly accountable for:• Supporting the redefinition of HR practices within an agile organization, focusing on developing a skill-based career framework.• Assisting HRBPs and line managers with global HR processes• Contributing to the successful implementation of a new career framework and Workday platform for the Agile organization.• Providing dedicated support for Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.• Managing data and reporting for HR processes.
Qualifications for the roleMaster’s degree in human resources, Economics or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in an international setting. Strong multitasking abilities with experience working in cross-functional teams. Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, able to address and integrate new ideas and feedback. Experience in an agile environment or familiarity with Workday is a plus. Fluent in written and spoken English.
