HR Generalist

Company Overview:
A leading iGaming company with over 30 brands worldwide is on the lookout for a HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and general HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations: Support employees with HR inquiries, resolve conflicts, and help with performance issues. Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals and employee development. Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans. Other HR Tasks: Support HR projects, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including in an HR Generalist role. Knowledge of Cyprus labor laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and confidentiality skills.
