HR Generalist

We are seeking only the best in attitude and focus to get results. **Overview:** We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **HR Generalist** to join our team and support a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of benefits administration and HRIS systems, while also contributing to employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **Benefits Administration** + Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. + Serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues. + Coordinate open enrollment and new hire enrollments, terminations, and changes. + Work with benefits brokers, vendors, and carriers. **HR Systems & Data Management** + Maintain and update HRIS and other internal systems (e.g., training, performance management). + Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across all HR platforms. + Support systems implementations and upgrades as needed. + Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making. **General HR Support** + Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews. + Support employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. + Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. + Help draft and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. + General Administrative Support **Process Improvement** + Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee experience. + Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide initiatives and projects. **Qualifications:** + 2–5 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and HRIS platforms. + Knowledge of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.). + Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly preferred + Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. **Compensation:** Your compensation will vary by experience level.
