As a result, they are creating an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on HR professional to help support our expanding team of 55 employees across two dynamic divisions. 💵 Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 (target) | Open to slightly higher in the 100-$110k for exceptional candidates that may fit their industry needs. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves? This standalone position will allow you to make an immediate impact as the go-to HR resource for payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruiting. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll through ADP for a mixed schedule of weekly (hourly) and semi-monthly (salaried). Is ADP the best fit? We'll look to your expertise to ensure efficiency. ✔️ Benefits Management: Partner with our broker to enhance employee benefits while exploring cost-saving opportunities. ✔️ HR Compliance: Ensure compliance across 12 states (primarily CT/NY, with a few others). ✔️ Full Lifecycle HR: Lead the charge on recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes to support our growing workforce. …And much more!!
