As a result, they are creating an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on HR professional to help support our expanding team of 55 employees across two dynamic divisions. 💵 Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 (target) | Open to slightly higher in the 100-$110k for exceptional candidates that may fit their industry needs. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll through ADP for a mixed schedule of weekly (hourly) and semi-monthly (salaried). Is ADP the best fit? We'll look to your expertise to ensure efficiency. ✔️ Benefits Management: Partner with our broker to enhance employee benefits while exploring cost-saving opportunities. ✔️ HR Compliance: Ensure compliance across 12 states (primarily CT/NY, with a few others). ✔️ Full Lifecycle HR: Lead the charge on recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes to support our growing workforce. …And much more!!
