With supervision, coordinate and administer HR processes and programs across the span of HR areas supporting assigned business unit, functions, and departments.
+ Recruitment & Hiring: Work with functional and operational leaders on recruitment plan and manage the recruitment process to select the right candidates. Prepare and coordinate orientation training and onboarding for new hires.
+ Performance Management: Implement Parker performance process, coach functional and operational leaders to use tools, ensure the timely completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas by analyzing the documents and processes, provide training if necessary.
+ Talent Management: Facilitate talent review process. Work with functional and operational leaders on action plans for talent management and development.
+ Employee communication & Culture: build and maintain a good employee relationship throughout the organization, recommend and support effective means of communications between management and employees to facilitate mutual understanding.
+ Promote High Performance Team culture and enhance engagement and empowerment under the supervision of Division HR Manager.
+ HR Policy/Process & Service: Monitor the implementation of HR policies. Make sure all the HR activities follow the right processes. Provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues.
+ Responsible for routine employee grievances, work with functional and operational leaders to handle ER cases.
+ Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed.
+ Identify the local needs to define and propose professional HR solutions to support business.
+ Others that assigned by leaders.
+ BS Degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline preferred
+ Minimum 3 years HR business partner working experience in manufacturing environment
+ Good learning agility with growth mindset
+ Good communication skills with logical mind, proved confidence in complex situations
+ Personality with good people relationship and teamwork
+ Strong time management skill for multi tasks. Can work under pressure with resilience.
+ English proficiency both in writing and speaking
