Prepare and coordinate orientation training and onboarding for new hires. + Performance Management: Implement Parker performance process, coach functional and operational leaders to use tools, ensure the timely completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas by analyzing the documents and processes, provide training if necessary. + Talent Management: Facilitate talent review process. Work with functional and operational leaders on action plans for talent management and development. + Employee communication & Culture: build and maintain a good employee relationship throughout the organization, recommend and support effective means of communications between management and employees to facilitate mutual understanding. + Promote High Performance Team culture and enhance engagement and empowerment under the supervision of Division HR Manager. + HR Policy/Process & Service: Monitor the implementation of HR policies. Make sure all the HR activities follow the right processes.
