Directly reports to the Operations Head. Ensures alignment and implementation of all HR related requirements and functions of the organization. Should have extensive on all faces of HR functions. Leadership, Organizational, Management and supervisory skill is a must. Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in HR Management, Psychology and related course or its equivalent. At least four (4) years solid experience in the same capacity.
