About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain accurate employee records.

Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and employee development programs.

HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, processing HR documents, and managing HRIS systems.

Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
