HR Generalist
The position is responsible for strategic partners within the Human Resources department, contributing to the overall success of the organization through the effective management of various HR functions The role plays a pivotal part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle and driving organizational development through comprehensive talent managementstrategy, contributing to a workplace environment that attracts, retains, and optimizes talent. Collaborate with hiring managersto identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Creates e-201 file of new hires and ensures completion before regularization. Ensures data integrity of employee information in all HCM Systems Ensuresimplementation of Talent Management Programs Monitors completion and distribution of Employee Movement and Separation related documents and/or trackers. Extend relevant support to other departments such as, but not limited to cascading and/or adopting initiatives, programs, projects and activities
