Engage Axxessians to drive a high-performance culture through cross-team collaboration.Build credible and trusting relationships with employees to help facilitate effective employee relationsEmbrace and encourage innovation, creativity and problem-solvingSupport the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experienceEmpower the sharing of ideas through a culture of diversity and inclusionCreate employment branding across all social media channelsProvide employees and leaders with an available first point of contact for questions on HR topics and issues

What you bring…

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field3+ years of experience in Human Resources required General knowledge and understanding of Human Resource disciplinesExperience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment preferredDemonstrate ability to identify, research and implement prioritiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExperience working with ADP Workforce Now a plus
