Onsite initially then 3 days in office-Washington Navy Yard
+ review all resumes that come in via indeed/website/email
+ Set up interviews, if they pass initial screening.
+ Schedule orientation for each new staff member
+ Put together orientation packets
+ Sit in on orientation the first few months after that conduct Company overview, policy and procedures, onboarding orientations
+ Assist with putting together trainings for all staff
+ change employment status in Paycom/ADP and handle any necessary paperwork (last paycheck, confirming PTO, etc)
+ Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
+ Create all training materials for concierge and team assist
+ Setup and support in conducting training for concierges and team assist
+ Eventually conduct orientation
+ Employment verification
+ Complete all verification request
+ Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
+ Respond to human resource-related inquires.
+ Review the laws and regulations to ensure we have all policies and procedures updated
+ Discuss any concerns, answer any questions concierges or team assist may have regarding policies and procedures along with regulations
+ Assist Beverly with FMLA, Workmans comp claims
+ Address questions and updates medical leave, progressive improvement plans
+ Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
+ Each month review and provide management with any updated laws and regulations we may need to be aware of and ensure we are implementing them in the time required.
+ Do periodic check ins with management and team assist to ensure employees are good and are supported well
+ Ensure Birthdays are recognized
+ Ensure Team assist and management are provided incentives to those that deserve
+ Work with management and team assist on Holiday incentives to ensure they are given out
+ Complete surveys to gauge employment concerns/needs
**Position Details:**
+ Pay Rate / Range: $70,000 Annually
