About the Role Your Responsibilities

We are looking for HR Generalist for our Canadien Automotive Supplier located in Gölcük Ford Supplier Park.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
At least 4 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs.
In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Strong knowledge about the 4857 Labor Law, 5510 Social Security and General Health Insurance Law, and related current legislation.
Proficiency in payroll software (Meyer and SAP knowledge is a plus) and MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex issues.
A good command of English is essential for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee all payroll processing activities ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, exits, and attendance.
Provide support for all other payroll and personnel processes.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage the training process, including internal and external training, measure training effectiveness and reporting.
Manage and track HR KPI's.
Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff on HR-related matters.
Coordinate employee performance reviews, development and succession planning.
