Responsibilities\nResponsible in the execution of employee engagement activities, benefits administration and roll out of the employee performance evaluation.\nMonitors implementation of company policies and disciplinary action.\nResponsible in timekeeping, site attendance reliability, training matrix, improvement plans, compensation and benefits concerns, updating of team requirements, and other similar support for Ops Dept.\nCoordinate site requirements such as shuttle and logistical needs (uniforms, safety shoes, etc.)\nMonitors or leads implementation of employee engagement activities, depending on the requirement\nInitiate improvements in relation to abovementioned objectives\nEnsure compliance to internal policies such as Working Hours and to external policies (gov't mandated/ labor laws).\nCreate and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.\nRespond to human resources-related inquiries\nAssist with payroll processing\nConduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.\nRequirements\nCandidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.\nRequired skill(s): employee and labor relations, payroll administration, Compensation and Benefits Administration.\n2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)\nAt least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in face paced environment\nWith experience and able to handle 200+ headcounts\nExperience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry would be advantageous\nApplicants must be willing to work onsite in Paranaque City\n
