We are currently looking for a HR generalist (H/F) to replace a 10-month maternity leave at our Wissembourg site.
Working in a team, you will be in charge of training and personnel administration in France (400 employees).
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the training schedule, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, including daily management, budget development, etc.Provide administrative support to the human resources function in the following areas: HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, organizational development (OD), and training.Maintain employee files and input employee personal data into the human resources information system (Succesfactors).Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities, such as new hires, status changes, terminations, etc. Prepare special reports, such as insurance, headcount.Communicate relevant information to social and health insurance, pension funds, various authorities (e.g., withholding tax), etc.Monitor and manage changes in labor law and social insurance and update them in all relevant HR IT systems.Create and prepare contracts (four-eye principle).Be responsible for all system-relevant entries/exits.Process new approved salaries and bonuses in the system and perform assigned tasks for salary and bonus rounds.Time recording,Be the first point of contact for supervisors and employees on all administrative HR-related topics.Prepare job references.Additional Tasks:
Organize and support the management of local events (welcome day, retirement seminars, etc.).Support other departments with lists and KPIs (e.g., finance, facility management, etc.).Support payrollContribute to HR strategy.Support local HR projects. Qualifications You have a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/Bac+3), ideally in HR.You have a first successful experience in training and HR management.You have a good English level (B1/B2) which you will be required to use both orally and in writing. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.You are service-minded and able to handle several activities at once.You are an organized person who knows how to structure your tasks.You are a team player who communicates well both within your team and with the rest of the company.Your flexibility and good humor are assets for your daily missions.
