The HR Generalist will be a key contributor in facilitating employee & labor relations for the AGCO Hesston facility. This position will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of specific human resources functional areas and projects and initiatives as assigned. Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to labor relations; training; organizational development; employee relations; policies and procedures administration; new policy and procedure communication and implementation; compensation administration; FMLA administration; personnel records management, recruiting; and new employee orientation. We are looking for a strategic partner to help move us forward.
**Your Impact**
+ Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develop further training as needed.
+ Administer employee/labor relations processes to enhance positive working relationships according to the knowledge of labor, business, and government responsibilities under law.
+ Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor contract terms.
+ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
+ Identify, assess and implement continuous improvement actions within the local HR function as well as maintaining HR metrics, files and employee information.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
+ Work experience within an industrial manufacturing setting.
+ Extensive knowledge of labor and employment law and regulations, preferred.
+ Advanced proficiency with Office 365.
+ PHR/SPHR certification is preferred, Labor Relations Certificate a plus
+ Bilingual in Spanish, nice to have
