HR Generalist
Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is ready to take on new opportunities. The HR Generalist provides HR support to leaders and employees creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss' policies, programs, and practices. You must be curious to understand the business objectives and be able to analyze how effectively these objectives can be supported from an HR perspective.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Act as an advisor to local and regional managers Support employee relationships in location and region, including on-boarding and performance matters Responsible for ‘taking action’ and enabling leaders to be compliant with Danfoss PeopleManagement Processes and standards to ensure high performance Initiate and lead activities that help to increase satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention Provide direct support for: recruiting and onboarding, payroll administration, compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, benefits administration, leave management,immigration management, HR auditing, and reporting Support the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses these skills.  

A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant area of Business, Human Resources, or another relevant field is required 4-5 years of HR experience in a global environment As a person, you have a high level of empathy, and you are a people person You have a global mindset and outstanding communication and presentation skills to efficiently communicate across all organizational levels The perfect candidate will have experience with operational experience as an HR Generalist and preferably, come from a global industrial environment You have a good understanding of HR processes, programs, and employee master data.
