Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a business partner to assigned client group.Consult with supervisors and managers on employee relations issues.Assists employees in resolving concerns.Manages hourly performance reviews.Assists Talent Aquisition team as necessary.Attends various career and job fairs.Participates in new hire orientation.Administers training programs for client group as needed.Coordinates and conducts employee meetings and events as required.Participates in the development, interpretation and communication of human resources itemsEnsures compliance with state, federal, and local lawsPerforms other duties as assigned or requestedMinimum Job Requirements:
