Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking an HUR Generalist to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

Work Setting: Hybrid setting, possible travel to various locations as needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Daytime hours
Compensation: $65,000-$72,000 per year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage and track all ADA, LOA, FMLA, and NJ Disability requests Process workers compensation injuries, first report of injury Oversee ACA compliance and WOTC documentation Support the benefits enrollment process for new hires, life events, and open enrollment periods, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits Manage the submission of billing for all ancillary benefits Coordinate and manage safety meetings Support the coordination and tracking of compliance initiatives and employee training Assist with other HR related tasks, including employment/salary verifications, termination/transfer process, reporting, scanning and file uploads

Qualifications/Skills include but are not limited to:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an HR setting required Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Paylocity is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels MUST project and maintain an extreme respect to company confidentiality
