Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe main missions of the role are:
o Coordinate Payroll, Recruitment and LR TEAM
o Administration and follow-up of Surveillance and Transportation Services.
o Implemented Action plans of the HR Survey Results
o Participation in HR and system audits as applicable
o Follow up and compliance with applicable labor -union and governmental issues
o Follow up HR Indicators
o Ensure Payroll systems doesn’t have issues
o Improvement Engagement related to HR
o Weekly attendance and overtime Reports
o Follow up on transfers and promotions
o Monthly: Change information displayed on screens
o Bimonthly: Publish Newsletter
o Month: Make Gasoline deposit for managers
o Month: Update contracts for specific personne
o Month: Register personnel movements in PASS (additions, removals, transfers, promotions, change of salary)
o Organize Semiannual Communication Meetings.
o Support in end of year parties, FUELS, etc.
o Respect safety and hygiene standards of the company, using the personal protective equipment that corresponds to the job equipment that corresponds to the job position, avoiding improvisation.
o Be trained in the knowledge of the plant's emergency plan and promote the culture and respect of the prevention systems (avoid blocking alarms, etc.)
Minimum education level:
Bachelor in LAE,RI,related career or developed competenceProfessional Experience:
o Minimum 3 year experience in HR functions and automotive industryo Coordinate HR Small groupsGood understanding of organizational topics in an industrial settingSolid knowledge of local HR legislationStrong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
