HR Generalist
Immediate opening for an HR Generalist for our client located in Danbury, CT. Direct Hire. In this position you would be responsible for coordinating and executing all phases of human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, policy, procedure and job description development, training initiatives, personnel file management, legal compliance, compensation and benefits administration, payroll management, performance management and union labor relations. If this sounds like you – APPLY NOW Requirements for this position include: + Bachelors Degree or equiv education and work exp in HR + 3-5 years work experience in a similar HR role + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Innovative self-starter able to sustain a high level of accomplishment while working independently + MS Office Suite applications + Two to three years’ experience with union labor relations 4-day work week Monday – Thursdays – 7:45am – 5:30pm with 1 hr lunch - Off on Fridays (35 hrs) Pay range 80-90k - Direct Hire opportunity Danbury, CT location - IN-OFFICE REQUIRED Apply Now for immediate consideration!
