Why we need this role

As an HR Generalist you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR services. The role of a HR Generalist can vary depending on if they are supporting Functional HR Business Partners, Country HR teams, or other HR specialists. HR Generalists are expected to be organised, have strong communication skills, and have a desire to learn and develop.

For our Frankfurt office, we are looking for you as a service-oriented and pragmatic HR Generalist (m/f/d) to become part of our global HR team in a future-oriented and innovative company. 

Why we need this role Independent support, support and coaching of (international) managers for the DACH locations as well as in Germany on all HR-related issues Ensuring high-quality and competent HR service throughout the entire employee life cycle Processing of HR-relevant incoming and outgoing correspondence Implementation and safeguarding of labour law requirements in day-to-day HR work Accompaniment of application and selection processes Administration der lokalen Benefits Proactively collaborate with the global HR team to design and execute strategic initiatives locally What we're looking for Completion of a relevant bachelor's degree (HR, psychology or similar) or relevant vocational training Initial professional experience in HR required Knowledge of German collective bargaining and labor law and experience in works council cooperation are advantageous Experience working in an international working environment is an advantage Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Enjoy working in an international team Very good MS Office skills Strong customer and service orientation Enjoyment of independent work, both in the operational HR area and in the implementation of company-wide HR strategy.
