In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from attracting top talent to successfully implementing onboarding programs. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to improve employee skills and performance. Performance Management: Coordinate the performance review process, providing mentorship to managers and employees to achieve outstanding performance outcomes. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution to ensure a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply strictly with local labor laws and regulations. Payroll Administration: Manage payroll process, close month reports . Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs effectively, ensuring all employees understand and apply their benefits. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. For This Role, You Will Need: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
