HR Generalist
Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managersDrive local efforts toward the desired culture, engagement and inclusion of the companyOversee the preparation and issuance of employment contracts Manage end-to-end local onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employeesCraft and deliver local HR communications that inspire our people and drive organizational alignmentSupport local learning and development efforts by developing, delivering and managing training programs and processesDevelop, implement and manage country total rewards programs/vendors to attract, retain and motivate the best people while producing outstanding business performance and shareholder valueSupport the handling of employee relations matters including conflicts, complaints, grievances, performance management and disciplinary actionsTrack, consolidate, and analyse HR data for reporting to government agencies and stakeholdersManage end-to-end country offboarding processesProvide customer-focused HR services that reinforce and model the One Agilent behaviorsCollaborate and support the successful deployment of HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectivenessIdentify and implement improvements in local HR procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracyQualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at various levelsAbility to embrace change, multi-task and work proactively
 

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
