A financial firm is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is remote. 

Pay: $20/hr 

Responsibilities:

Partners closely with the recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Initiates candidate background screening. Communicates with candidates and incoming employees and contingent workers throughout the interview and onboarding process. Interprets and enforces human resources policy. Expertise in talent acquisition, background screening, and the hiring process. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. Frequently communicates with leaders regarding hiring and onboarding. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Qualifications:
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the talent acquisition space.
