Short Description Facilitate the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle and provide high quality HR support to Colt employees.Job Summary HR Generalists are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR services. The role of a HR Generalist can vary depending on if they are supporting Functional HR Business Partners, Country HR teams, or other HR specialists. HR Generalists are expected to be organised, have strong communication skills, and have a desire to learn and develop.Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Performing operational HR activities.

• Supporting administration of payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.

• Conducting employee onboarding and help planning of training and development.

• Assessing HR processes and policies and recommending improvements.

• Administering compensation and benefit plans, supporting with communications and employee guidance.

• Advising the business on insights on health, safety and employee wellbeing.

• Collecting on-the-ground employee feedback and presenting insights to managers.

• Providing operational support to help management deal with employee relations issues.
