The HR Generalist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business partnerships with management and associates, ensuring required levels of retention and associate satisfaction. This qualified applicant will also be responsible for supporting leadership in planning and rolling out new company initiatives.

Responsibilities

Integrate and align HR plans to support achievement of regional business objectivesEnsure compliance with all company policies, practices, and legal requirementsInvestigate and resolve complex team member relations issuesCollect relevant data and with the HR leadership team perform problem analysis and identify solutionsParticipate in team member corrective actions up to and including separations
