HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, work permits, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies.Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances, whilst adhering to policies and ensuring proper documentation.Promote a positive workplace culture in line with guiding values.Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing plans to support employees.Administer employee benefits programs, including private health insurance, pension and other benefits.Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes and respond to enquiries about coverage and claims.Maintain and update the HRIS system (Workday) with employee data, including new hires, terminations, and benefits.Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, service etc.Support the development of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and company objectives.Partner with the wider European & US HR team on other adhoc projects in line with business needs.Maintain employee files and records in electronic form.Carry out HR analytics and reporting regularly.Administer and support employee volunteering initiatives.Support the HR team with day-to-day administration and operational tasks.
