**Job Posting: HR Generalist – Employee Relations Focus** We are seeking a dedicated **HR Generalist** to join our team, focusing on fostering strong employee relations and supporting various HR functions. As an **HR Generalist** , you will play a crucial role in addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 12+ month assignment $28- $30 **Key Responsibilities:** + Act as an **HR Generalist** specializing in employee relations, handling workplace issues, and conducting investigations into code of conduct violations, disrespectful behavior, and corrective actions. + Provide performance management guidance and policy adherence support to employees at all levels. + Support recruiting efforts, particularly for senior-level openings, while assisting in broader HR Generalist functions. + Partner with the HR Director on projects involving benefits administration, compensation, and safety programs. + Perform administrative and tactical tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations as a skilled **HR Generalist** . **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. + Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations. + Proven ability to manage investigations and performance-related matters. + Experience working as an **HR Generalist** in a hybrid work environment. + Labor union experience is a plus but not required.
