HR Generalist

As a HR\nGeneralist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing\ncomprehensive HR support and responsible for managing various HR operations,\nincluding employee relations, performance management and HR policies. Your\nexpertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the\nsuccess of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our\nbusiness objectives. You will report directly to our HR Director and you’ll\nwork out of our Itajubá, Brazil location. In this role, you will impact the\norganization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture,\nand supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.

KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES

 • Manage\nemployee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and\nconflict resolution
• Support\nperformance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews,\nand development plans
• Partner\nwith talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the\norganization
• Ensure\ncompliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Develop and\nimplement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
• Provide\nguidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations

YOU MUST\nHAVE

 • 5+ years of\nexperience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and performance\nmanagement, and union negotiations
• Strong\nknowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience\nin managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict\nresolution, as well as experience in negotiations with unions
• Excellent\ncommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships\nand collaborate effectively, especially in negotiation settings
• Strong\norganizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
