Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the government sector in SAINT CHARLES, Missouri, 63301-2851, United States. We are in search of an HR Generalist who will be tasked with handling a range of responsibilities. You will be involved in processing relevant paperwork, maintaining compliance, ensuring efficient communication, and managing employee relations. Responsibilities: • Handle the filing and coordination of various documents pertaining to employee benefits. • Review and process Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork. • Utilize systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for efficient workflow. • Perform various duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. • Foster positive employee relations and address any issues as they arise. • Leverage your communication skills to relay information effectively within the organization. • Oversee benefit functions, ensuring all employee benefits are managed correctly.
