British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team in Belgrade
Your role will be to support the HR Business Partner in implementing the Human Resources strategy, coordinate employment lifecycle administration, manage talent attraction campaigns, collaborate with external organizations, coordinate recruitment processes, and provide comprehensive HR support to all BAT employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support the HR Business Partner in the successful implementation of the Human Resources strategy.Coordinate employment lifecycle administration, ensuring all company and labor-related documents, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and implemented according to BAT’s approved practices.Build and run innovative, efficient, and effective talent attraction campaigns; leading the collaboration with universities, student organizations, job fairs, and career planning organizationsProvide full support to all BAT employees regarding administrative and HR procedures, being the first point of contact for managers and employees on general HR queries, such as HR policies and systems.Oversee recruitment and selection processes and assist in managing the company’s employer brand.Cascade Joiner/Mover/Leaver information to all relevant internal and external parties.Coordinate necessary administration required by authorities and other relevant parties and work closely with company functions, providing support on the implementation of main HR initiatives.Provide support regarding personnel records, employee/labor relations, reward management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and employment law.What are we looking for?
University degree Minimum 3 years of experience in various HR functions; experience in administration and employer branding is a plusStrong analytical skills, business Understanding and business and result driven are given.Capable to build a trustful business partnering relationship & interaction with different type of collaborators.Initiative and proactive approach to the delivery of high-quality HR services.Able to work in an international and multicultural environment; action oriented with very agile attitude, willing to lead both tactical and strategic activities.Excellent team player with the ability to work in a dynamic context, deliver results under pressure and manage multiple projects.Excellent English and Serbian proficiency Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PP. Experience working with SuccessFactors is considered an advantageWhat we offer you?
