Description A company in Willis is in need of an HR Generalist to cover for someone going out on medical leave. Duties include recruiting, posting to job boards, onboarding and assisting in the payroll department with timekeeping duties. Requirements • Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information in both written and verbal form • Adept in handling employee relations, with a focus on resolving issues and promoting a positive work environment • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to finalising employment offers • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field • Previous experience in a Human Resources role within the manufacturing industry is desirable • Must have a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures • Should be comfortable using HR software and digital tools • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation • Must be able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality • A detail oriented certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) would be advantageous.
