Description
Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a local manufacturing company in Eugene. The HR Generalist will work closely with the VP of HR in aligning business and people objectives across the company and various locations. Focus for this role includes onboarding, recruiting, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, training, and related employee services. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, vacation pay, sick pay, holiday pay, EAP, life insurance, HSA, pet insurance, and more.
This is not a hybrid or remote role. It is 100% in-office.
Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Engaging in benefits and leave administration
• Conducting employee relations and investigations
• Utilizing the ADP Workforce Now for HR functions
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Assisting in recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Handling corporate recruiting and Workers Compensation matters
• Utilizing the Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient HR management
• Providing accurate feedback and recommendations to improve HR operations
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now desired
• Demonstrated knowledge in Compliance
• Experience in handling Employee Relations
• Familiarity with FMLA regulations
• Proficiency in using Kronos Timekeeping System desired
• Proven track record in effective Onboarding
• Experience in managing Leave of Absence
• Proven skills in Corporate Recruiting
• Experience in conducting Employee Relations Investigations
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with Workers Compensation
