Description Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a local manufacturing company in Eugene. The HR Generalist will work closely with the VP of HR in aligning business and people objectives across the company and various locations. Focus for this role includes onboarding, recruiting, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, training, and related employee services. It is 100% in-office. Responsibilities: • Providing excellent internal and external customer service • Engaging in benefits and leave administration • Conducting employee relations and investigations • Utilizing the ADP Workforce Now for HR functions • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations • Assisting in recruiting and onboarding new employees • Handling corporate recruiting and Workers Compensation matters • Utilizing the Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient HR management • Providing accurate feedback and recommendations to improve HR operations • Contributing to a collaborative team environment.
