Description Chris Preble from Robert Half is working with an Auburn client of his on a newly created Human Resources Generalist role. This position is with a very low turnover, stable organization that offers great benefits. This role will have growth to it as well. This HR Generalist role involves a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Key responsibilities: • Help facilitate various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration • Help to oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws • Contribute to the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and integrating new employees • Help address employee relations concerns by conducting investigations and resolving conflicts • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives Requirements • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations • Experience in Employee Relations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
