Description We are seeking a passionate professional to join our client's team as an HR Generalist located in Chicago, Illinois. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the team, playing a crucial role in carrying out HR functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive employee relations. This role is a long term, contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of employee relations, fostering a positive work environment for all staff members. • Oversee and manage all benefit functions to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits. • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and handle their queries and concerns. • Ensure adherence to FMLA and other relevant regulations, maintaining strict compliance within the organization. • Leverage your skills to handle and resolve any employee-related issues that may arise. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all employee details and interactions. • Monitor and take necessary actions on employee accounts as per the company's policies and procedures. Long Term Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
