Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage time effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR Generalist
**Location:** Brea, CA
**Pay Range:** up to $25/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the new hire onboarding process including onboarding paperwork and training coordination.
+ Assist employees with questions regarding payroll, benefits, PTO, and other HR-related inquiries.
+ Manage employee time off policies and leaves, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
+ Conduct employee performance reviews and facilitate goal-setting discussions.
+ Help file employee records and support 5S initiatives in the department.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate’s degree in business administration, human resource management, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
+ Familiarity with HR labor laws and regulations.
